Customers must pick up at the scheduled time.
If you have a pick-up scheduled and I am unavailable, you must wait to pick up at the end of the day. If you are not home during a scheduled delivery, you will need to pick up or wait until the next day for delivery, which result in an additional fee.
Customer cannot pick up early if not previously communicated. If you are running late for a pick, please send a text with name, cake order number, and original pick-up time.
Refunds are not given for orders cancelled less than 72 hours min advance. Credit for future orders is applied.
Submitting a request does not guarantee an order.
Once the form is submitted, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your request.

We are not a full service bakery.
We do not have a “store front”.
